Upaya Rehabilitasi Kecemasan Santri Baru melalui Klinik Solver di Pesantren

New students in Islamic boarding schools often face adaptation challenges, including anxiety due to social changes, academic pressure, and separation from family. This study aims to describe the psychological rehabilitation process for new students experiencing anxiety through personality-based counseling services at Klinik Solver, Nurul Islam Islamic Boarding School. A qualitative case study approach was used, with data collected through passive participatory observation and in-depth interviews with students, room mentors, dorm administrators, and counselors. The results indicate that the rehabilitation process is tiered, beginning with early interventions by room mentors, followed by assessments by dorm administrators, and continued with individual and group counseling at Klinik Solver. The STIFIn approach was applied to understand students’ personality tendencies as a foundation for intervention strategies. The service proved effective in reducing anxiety and improving students’ adaptation abilities. This study recommends the structured and contextual application of personality-based counseling models within Islamic boarding schools.

Santri baru sering menghadapi tantangan adaptasi di lingkungan pesantren, termasuk kecemasan akibat perubahan sosial, tekanan akademik, dan keterpisahan dari keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan proses rehabilitasi psikologis santri baru yang mengalami kecemasan melalui layanan konseling berbasis kepribadian di Klinik Solver Pondok Pesantren Nurul Islam. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif jenis studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi partisipatif pasif dan wawancara mendalam kepada santri, pendamping kamar, pengurus asrama, dan konselor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rehabilitasi dilakukan secara berjenjang: intervensi awal oleh pendamping kamar, asesmen oleh pengurus, hingga konseling individual dan kelompok di Klinik Solver. Pendekatan STIFIn digunakan untuk memahami kecenderungan kepribadian santri sebagai dasar penyusunan intervensi. Layanan ini terbukti membantu mengurangi kecemasan dan meningkatkan kemampuan adaptasi santri. Studi ini merekomendasikan penerapan sistem konseling berbasis kepribadian secara terstruktur dan kontekstual dalam dunia pesantren.
