This paper discusses the identity crisis in Muslim adolescents and introduces the "Maqamat 3T" program as a solution through self-reflection and the approach of Sufi teachings. Adolescence is a unique phase in human growth marked by physical, cognitive, and socio-personal developments. Identity crisis in adolescents is influenced by social environments, trauma, negative behaviors, and esoteric factors. "Maqamat 3T" is a program aimed at assisting Muslim adolescents in discovering their identities through the stages of Takhalli (purifying the soul), Tahalli (enriching the soul with virtuous qualities), and Tajalli (practicing goodness). The program offers psychological and spiritual benefits and aids in achieving a noble status in the eyes of the Divine.
