Ini mungkin termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada berbagai bidang seperti hukum perdata, hukum pidana, hukum tata negara dan administrasi, hukum lembaga adat, hukum yurisprudensi agama, hukum rezim internasional, pemerintahan pluralisme hukum, dan bagian lain yang terkait dengan isu-isu kontemporer dalam keilmuan hukum.

    Penulis diminta untuk menyerahkan manuskrip yang termasuk dalam ruang lingkup Law Review. Silakan baca informasi tentang proses peer-review. Artikel-artikel yang diterbitkan di  YUDHISTIRA  melalui proses peer-review double-blind. Dengan demikian, keputusan diterima atau tidaknya artikel ilmiah tersebut, menjadi hak Dewan Redaksi berdasarkan rekomendasi peer reviewer. 

    Harap baca dan pahami penulis untuk persiapan naskah. Penulis yang mengirimkan naskah ke editor harus mematuhi pedoman dan template penulis. Jika naskah yang dikirimkan tidak sesuai dengan pedoman atau menggunakan format yang berbeda, maka akan ditolak oleh tim redaksi sebelum ditinjau. Tim redaksi hanya akan menerima naskah yang memenuhi persyaratan format yang ditentukan.
