This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance at UNHAS Hotel & Convention. The study focuses on the role of transformational leadership in improving employee performance within the hospitality industry, where service quality highly depends on human resources. A quantitative approach with a correlational research design was employed using an explanatory survey method. The study involved all 40 employees of UNHAS Hotel & Convention as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using observation, questionnaires based on a Likert scale, and documentation. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, Pearson correlation analysis, the coefficient of determination, and a partial t-test with IBM SPSS. The findings indicate that the research instrument met the validity and reliability requirements. The hypothesis testing revealed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by a t-value of 5.625, which exceeds the t-table value of 1.984, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). These findings suggest that the effective implementation of transformational leadership contributes to improving employee performance and supports the achievement of organizational goals in the hospitality sector.
